• Securing Restaurants through intensive market research on what would succeed in the Eastern Province, ensuring that we bring in exclusive restaurants that are currently not operating in the province.
• Conducting site visits to individual restaurants and connecting them with Ithra’s concessionaire department.
• Logistical work, as well as securing all operational equipment and supplies (OE&S).
• Interior setup, kitchen and equipment, manpower required for successful completion.
• Ensuring basic food safety standards, including Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan and all Food and beverage used is conforming to all requirements of Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO) and Environmental Health Code (SASC)
• Sales reporting conducted on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Providing all required material for the crowd management department to make sure we have smooth operation in addition to providing customized items for Ithra’s VIP protocol department.
• Ensuring site-readiness for P3 and Jebel location within Ithra’s premises.
• On-going Project management, coordination and providing support throughout the project
