Our Services
• Provide, manage and maintain a selection of (150) food trucks with food and beverage experiences across six cities.
• Provide, manage and maintain (2) two of Semi-casual and Fine Dining Restaurants with food and beverage experiences.
• Set financial structure for F&B operators, and oversee the concept development, construction phase, and operation phase of the restaurants.
• On-board all F&B operators throughout the Kingdom.
• Set restaurant operational procedures including VIP Protocol Visits.
• Maintain fundamental food safety standards according to ISO 22000 including a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan.
• Acquire daily, weekly and monthly sales report of restaurants in accordance to the agreed upon financial structure.
• Secure and manage valet parking and crowd management for the restaurant.
